At Primewearnow, we pride ourselves on our rapid fulfillment process for our collection of women’s bags. Because our Nashville-based team operates with a strict 1-day handling time to ensure your purchase arrives within the 3–7 day total window, the timeframe for canceling or modifying an order is very narrow. This policy outlines the specific requirements and deadlines for requesting changes to your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change shortly after a purchase is made. We allow order cancellations provided they are requested before the order enters our automated fulfillment and shipping phase.

  • Same-Day Cancellation: To guarantee a cancellation, your request must be received by 5:00 PM EST on the same business day your order was placed.
  • Weekend/After-Hours Orders: If you place an order after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend, you must submit your cancellation request by 9:00 AM EST the following Monday.
  • Fees: There are no fees associated with canceling an order before it has been processed.
  • Refunds: Once a cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 12 days.

2. Order Modification & Address Changes

Accuracy is essential for ensuring your bag reaches you via our flat-rate $6.99 shipping service.

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Product Changes: Due to our inventory management system, we cannot swap items (e.g., changing the color or model of a bag) once the order is placed. We recommend canceling the original order within the valid window and placing a new order for the correct item.
  • Carrier Interference: Once an order is handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are legally and operationally unable to redirect the package or modify the delivery details.

3. The “Point of No Return”

Once an order has reached the “Shipped” status or a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

  • If your request arrives after the 1-day handling phase has been completed, you must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return through our 60-Day Return Policy.
  • Packages that are already in transit with our carriers cannot be intercepted.
  • If a package is refused at the time of delivery as a way to “cancel” the order, it will be treated as a standard return and subject to our 12-day refund processing window upon its return to our Nashville facility.
