Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add your preferred items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and complete your purchase.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before your order enters processing.
Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
3. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes.
After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
5. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate Standard Shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders.
No tax is charged on the shipping fee.
6. How long does shipping take?
Estimated timelines are:
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping: 2–6 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Many orders arrive sooner than the estimated delivery window.
7. Which shipping carriers do you use?

8. How can I track my order?

We accept returns within 60 calendar days after delivery, provided the returned item meets our Return & Refund Policy requirements.
10. Is return shipping free?
Yes.
Approved returns include a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
After your return request is approved, simply download, print, and attach the label before returning the package.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
12. Can I exchange an item?
Yes.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective product, please contact our customer support team. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, subject to product availability.
